We are holding Open Auditions for both leads and follows to join the team for 2013. This is an intermediate/advanced lindy hop choreography troupe that will be training during the spring semester for several performance opportunities in
May, June and July. In order to qualify for an audition, you will need to have 2+ years of swing dance or partnered dance experience and feel comfortable social dancing to all tempos of music.
For almost a decade, the Hogtown Swing performance teams have performed in and around the GTA, including on-stage for Much Music, CTV, CBC and the Toronto International Film Festival. This team also won 3rd place at the Canadian Swing Championships in Montreal this past year and look forward to many more opportunities to perform and compete this upcoming year.
